Here are some good websites to visit if you want to watch streaming video.

TV Links
This is TVLinks - A European site that provides links to hundreds of different movies, TV shows, and anime.
Although a lot of the links are down, this site is considerably easier to use than others.

Veoh
Veoh is much like youtube except in that they do not delete copyrighted material, do not destroy video quality, and allow you to download the video directly.

Crunchyroll
A frequently updated site dedicated specifically to anime.
